Dr. Sharma did his undergraduate studies at the University of Houston, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry with honors. He completed his medical studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 1991. He graduated with AOA honors in the top 10% of his graduating class. He received his pediatric training at the Arkansas Children's Hospital, one of the top pediatric hospitals in the nation. He is Board Certified in Pediatrics and has expertise in providing complete medical care to children ranging from newborns to adolescents including premature babies, developmentally challenged children, attention deficit-hyperactive children and other complicated medical issues. Dr. Sharma is a Texan at heart and has been a resident of Texas since 1980. Dr. Sharma is married and has three boys, providing him with additional insight into the care of children and the demands and joys of parenthood.

Sara Chandlee, PA-C recently graduated from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston with her Masters in Physician Assistant studies. Although originally from New York, Sara has spent the last 15 years in Mansfield, Texas and is excited to start her career close to home. As a former collegiate soccer player, Sara is about staying active and helping others achieve their goals. Along with her clinical training in pediatrics, Sara was also a summer camp counselor for 6 years. She is extremely excited to take her talents and passion for working with children to her new position as Physician Assistant at Cleburne Pediatrics.
